Energy certification, Commercial EPC and DEC
|
Through our new service you are now able to instruct a
fully qualified and certified independent assessor for all your energy
certification needs.
Commercial Energy Performance certificates (EPC) and Display Energy
Certificates (DEC) are both available to ensure compliance with the European
Parliaments Energy Performance of Buildings Directive.
The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) was introduced in January
2003 by the European Parliament and Council aimed at improving the awareness of
energy use in buildings, with the intention of increasing investments in energy
efficiency measures within buildings; both domestic and non domestic.
